Q: How can I be a Grand Master/Blade Master/High Elf/Duel Master/Lord Emperor?
A: First, you need to finish the priest Sevina's quest (in Devias at coordinates 184 31), then the Marlon's quest (in Lorencia, Noria, Devias or Atlans) and at last the priest Devin's (3rd) quest (in Barracks at coordinates 29 83). Q: Why did my HP/Mana become so low? Before I had much more!
A: It's a visual bug from the game. You acctually got 64K HP + the amount of HP you see on the bar. You can also party someone and press "P" to see your real HP. For the Mana it's the same like the HP - you acctualy got 64 000 mana plus the amount of Mana you see on the bar. If you try to remove your items, that have "Mana" option maybe you will see 64K. If your Mana is very low and you can not use your skills, please use Clear Stats module to add your stats again.

Q: Why I cannot learn "Nova Scroll"?
A: Finish the Marlon's Quest and you will be able to learn it. If you done it before, do it again and you will be able to learn your Nova Scroll.

Q: I have quest and strange items and I cannot sell them. What should I do?
A: You should use Clear Inventory function, which is located in your control panel. Don't forget to move your needed items in the vault keeper, because all your items from inventory and hero's equipment will be cleared.
Q: How much are the max stats?
A: The maximum stats are 32767, including command (for Dark Lord and Lord Emperor only).

Q: When and where is Golden Invasion happening and how many golden mobs appear?
A: Every 1 hour in Lorencia, Noria, Devias, Atlans and Tarkan. 10 mobs from each golden class.

Q: Is KS (Kill Steal) allowed?
A: Yes, it's allowed.

Q: Where can I get Ancient items and how often can I get them?
A: From Kundun Attack/Invasion Event, which is available only in Euphoria MU. This event is happening 4 times per day. Every time when kunduns attack, the server will send automatic message to all players. You need to go in Dungeon and kill all the kunduns! Remember, you have only 5 minutes time! Also you can get Ancient items from Devil Square 6 Event. In the last 5 minutes, Devil Square will spawn few Kundun Bosses. Of course our team gives awards like ancient items on GM events.

Q: I forgot my password. How can I get it back?
A: The only way to regain your password is by using Lost Password function. Our staff will not deal with problems such as "Lost password/account etc".

Q: I teleported to a map and now I am stuck, I cannot move! What should I do?
A: Please exit the game and login into your control panel in the site. Select Unstuck Character function and move your character to Lorencia.

Q: How do I change the resolution of my game?
A: Please open "Resolutions & Options" folder in your game client and select your needed resolution. Also you can select resolution from your launcher.

Q: My item suddenly got duped, what shall i do?
A: Just post in our forums in the right section or mail us. We will fix your problem.

Q: One player killed me on invasion. What should i do?
A: On this stage PK is allowed and we can't do anything.

Q: I see someone attack or use skills in towns, is it allowed?
A: No, its not allowed. Please send us picture and character's name. He will be banned for 14 days.

Q: One player asked me for my account/password. He says he is admin/game master/mu master/GM and he can bann me.
A: Do not trust anybody. Our administrators and game masters never ask for your accounts or passwords. We will be happy if you send us a picture of the player who said this. He will be punished.

Q: Someone tells me to press "VS" before our trade, is this safe?
A: No, it's not safe at all. It's a method used to scam. Please make a screenshot by pressing "F4" and post it in our forums. We will take care of this player.
