Installation
1. Mouse right-click on "Euphoria MU.rar" and select "Extract files...".
2. Choose directory, where the game will be extracted and click "OK".
3. Extraction should take a while, you can leave it for a few minutes.
4. Proceed to the extracted folder and open "Euphoria MU Launcher" to play.

Game Client Issues
It is possible that some users to have problem with our client and specifically with our MuGuard. If you can not start the game normally, please check the problems below, find yours and follow the instructions.
Problem #1: BSOD / Computer Restarted when starting MU client.
Reason: Mu Client is started with compatibility mode.
Solution: Mouse right-click on MU.exe or main.exe and select Properties => Compatibility => Compatibility Mode => Check this Box (Run this program in compatibility mode for) => Windows 2000 => OK. Or just remove the compatibility mode.
Problem 2#: Client simply close upon starting without even reaching the loading screen / opening the MU window.
Reason: Debugger is present,antivirus/firewall stop the game from opening, DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is set to all programs and MU client is started with limited user.
Solutions: Close all debuggers before starting client, set DEP for essential windows programs only (system properties => Advance Tab => Performance Setting Button => Data Execution Prevention Tab) and run MU client with admin level (run as... Admin in Vista/Win7) and disable/uninstall all antivirus or firewall software.
Problem #3: MU client is just crashing after the loading screen or while loading screen is almost done.
Reason: Client's computer is infected with viruses.
Solution: Use this tool, Karspersky™ special tool for this type of viruses, to remove them.
Problem #4: Your client crashes and you receive a message from the Antihack Software (MuGuard) saying "Client closed, muguard case 030, (OODS.exe) detected".
Reason: Your PC is infected with Malware.
Solution: Open google and search that "something.exe" (in this case OODS.exe), you will find out what it is and you will find alot of tools in order to disinfect your PC.

Problem #5: You receive error message "Can not connect to FTP"
Reason: Your firewall or antivirus is blocking the way and Euphoria MU cant connect to the update FTP and update the game properly.
Solution: Let it pass trough firewall or antivirus If you dont know how to do that please uninstall your firewall and antivirus.
Problem #6: Your client crashes and you receive a message from the Antihack Software saying "Client closed, muguard case 032".
Reason 1: You have tried or some program in your pc tried to modify a system file in the client.
Reason 2: lldb.dat is locked.
Solution: Delete the game and extract it again and DO NOT modify any file in it. Unblock lldb.dat and run with administrator privileges.
To unblock "lldb.dat" go to Euphoria MU Folder => MuGuard => right click on "lldb.dat" => properties => and you will see a window popping up, click "UNBLOCK" => OK. Also close any applications that interfere with the game including process explorer and sadboxie.
Problem #7: Your client crashes and you receive a message from the Antihack Software saying "Some file are missing or altered".
Reason: One of the key files in Euphoria MU Client is missing (has been deleted) or is altered (has been changed or modified).
Solution: Delete the client, download a new one and extract it once again. When you download and extract, make sure your antivirus and firewall are turned OFF so they wont attempt to modify any of Euphoria MU's files . After a successful extraction, add Euphoria MU to exceptions list in your firewall and clear its way in the antivirus (if you don't know how to do this, better uninstall both firewall and antivirus) and then run the launcher (MU.exe).
Problem #8: Your client crashes and you receive a message from the Antihack Software saying "Client closed, muguard case 018 Proxy fingerprint detected"
Reason: You have a window/program/tab/process opened which has the name/word PROXY in it. Since proxy is not allowed, your client closes.
Solution: Close the window/program/tab/process or whatever is opened that has that name/word in it and Euphoria MU will work properly.
Problem #9: Your client crashes and you receive a message from the Antihack Software saying "Client closed, muguard case 031 (null)".
Reason: A software is trying to inject itself and work within main.exe, which is not allowed causing your client to close.
Solution: Immediately after your client closes go to Euphoria MU Folder => MuGuard and email "llahlog.dat" file to [email protected] and we will see what is causing this. If the program is legit it will be added to a white list and if not, you will receive instructions on how to remove it from your PC.
If your problem is not listed here, please try to update your Windows and Drivers.
